1. Data in the app (on your device)
Settings and game data (for example the player names you enter, the intensity level you pick, the type of dares) are stored locally on your device only and are never sent to us. To delete them, uninstall the app from your device — this permanently removes Oyey's local data.
2. Purchases (Apple)
Information about purchases and subscriptions is tied to your Apple ID and processed by Apple, not by us. You manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings (see Terms, § 6). Your App Store purchase history is subject to Apple's policies and retention periods.
3. Email correspondence
If you have contacted us by email (support, a complaint, a bug report), we keep that correspondence only for as long as we need it to handle the matter and for the applicable limitation period. To request its deletion:
- write to oyey.games@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion”;
- we will delete the data unless we are required to keep it to meet legal obligations (for example accounting ones);
- we handle such requests within 30 days and confirm once it is done.
4. Code programme data
If you claimed a reward with a code, we hold records of your purchases linked to an identifier assigned by Apple that holds none of your details (details: Privacy Policy, section 5). We do not know your name or e-mail address, so we cannot find those records from them. We need something that lets us recognise your purchase in the register.
To have them deleted, write to oyey.games@gmail.com and give us:
- the purchase date and the amount and currency;
- what was bought (the name of the game, bundle or subscription) and the country of your App Store;
- if you remember: the code you redeemed and roughly when.
All of that is on the receipt Apple e-mails you after every purchase — the simplest thing is to forward it. If you happen to have Apple's transaction identifier it speeds things up, but it is not required: the App Store does not show it in your purchase history, so we cannot ask you for it. We never ask for your password or any Apple account credentials, and we never will.
Then:
- we find the matching records and delete them; if more than one purchase matches what you sent, we will ask for one detail that tells them apart;
- we delete everything except records we are legally required to keep for accounting (5 years from the end of the tax year); those stay in the books only and are used for nothing else;
- we keep a note of the request itself, so that the data does not come back at the next settlement — that note is all that remains;
- we handle requests within 30 days and confirm once it is done.
Deleting settlement data does not take away your purchases or the reward from the code: entitlements to content are managed by Apple, not by us.
5. Your rights
You have the rights granted by the GDPR (including access, rectification, erasure and objection). Details and the controller's contact information are set out in our Privacy Policy.
